The Challenge

One unique requirement for the platform was to include a customizable questionnaire for patients purchasing specific medicines. This questionnaire needed to accommodate conditional answers, which posed significant challenges for both design and development due to its complexity. However, through close collaboration with developers, we devised smart solutions to address these challenges, resulting in a user-friendly and scalable feature.

User Flow

After collecting the necessary information from the stakeholders, our team had a proper understanding of the project. Then we prepared two separate flows. The two flows were-

  1. User flow for customer-facing website &
  2. User flow for store admin panel

Understanding user behavior and stakeholder requirements was a crucial first step. After gathering insights, the team developed two distinct user flows:

  1. Customer-Facing Website Flow:

This flow focused on the patient’s journey, from browsing medicines to completing purchases with the required questionnaire. The goal was to ensure an intuitive and seamless experience for end-users.

  2. Store Admin Panel Flow:

This flow was designed to make the admin’s journey of managing products, questionnaires, and other configurations as efficient as possible.

With these flows defined, we had a clear roadmap for creating an optimal experience for both end-users and administrators.

Wireframes

Initial wireframes were drafted on FigJam and iterated collaboratively using a physical board to visualize the project structure. This iterative approach helped align the team on layout, navigation, and functionality before moving to high-fidelity designs.

Templates

Then we started with the template design which the customer will see. It provided an idea of what the Thrivewell platfrom will offer. A number of e-commerce templates were designed for this project.
